Granada

En Granada, la primera atracción que vimos fue La Alhambra. Este palacio tiene cientos de habitaciones y plazas hechas para un solo hombre. Está sentado en la cima de la ciudad y al lado de las montañas cubiertas de nieve. Aprendí cómo el Rey tendría diferentes habitaciones dependiendo de el tiempo del año. Una habitación cerca del exterior cuando era invierno para el efecto de enfriamiento natural y una habitación más aislada en el verano porque hacía mucho calor. Tenía una plaza de leones que solo eran estatuas para fiestas y reuniones en su palacio. La Alhambra tenia jardines hermosas por todos de ello. Después el palacio, vimos la catedral donde Isabella and Ferdinand y unos de sus hijos son enterrados. Ellos eran responsible para la reconquista de España en 1492. Isabella no quería un catedral grande pero su hijo insistió que debería tener un sentido apto para una reina.

In Granada, the first attraction we saw was tThe Alhambra. This palace has hundreds of rooms and plazas made for one man. It sits on the top of the city and next to the snow-capped mountains. I learned how the king would have different rooms depending on the time of the year. A room near the outside when it was winter for the effect of natural cooling and a more isolated room in the summer because it was very hot. He had a plaza of statue lions that were used for parties and meetings in his palace. The palace also had absolutely beautiful views and gardens all throughout it. After the palace, we saw the cathedral where Isabella and Ferdinand and some of her children are buried. They were responsible for the Spain Inquisition in 1492. Isabella did not want a large cathedral but her son insisted that she should have one a fit for a queen.
